    I’ve had a P2715Q since Feb 2015 and have always been annoyed that I had to turn it off and back on in order to get the monitor to respond after the computer went to sleep. For the longest time I had always believed it to be a software issue, but eventually realized that it was the monitor, after testing with several computers, cables, and operating systems. I stumbled across several posts on the Dell community forum regarding sleep issues with revisions A00-A02, which prompted me to start the exchange process with Dell.

    Today my new P2715Q arrived, unfortunately it’s revision A02 and has the same problems as my revision A01 monitor. Looking at other posts on Dell’s Community Forum, I see mentions that I need to get a revision A03 monitor, but my Dell Support contact says they cannot guarantee me a revision A03 monitor. At this point I’ve gained nothing by going through the enghange process, and will be returning the replacement, since it’s scratched up and my original monitor is still in perfect condition.

    How can I get this monitor replaced with revision A03?

    Please help.
